Recipe: Breakfast Shake

I am usually not a breakfast eater, and I know they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but something about eating when I wake up doesn't sit very well in my stomach. So I usually go for a breakfast protein shake. This protein shake is super easy and convenient for whenever you're on the go. (like I usually am)
Here is how it benefits you:
-It's packed with 21 vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients
-9grams of protein
-3grams of fiber to help the support with weight management
-0 cholesterol, 0 trans fat
And it comes in all different types of flavors! Dutch Chocolate, Pumpkin Spice, Mint Chocolate Chip, and much much more!

The one I used is French Vanilla. OH, MY, GOSH, delicious! Here is how I made it..

Apple Pie Shake

Place ice, water, 1/4tsp of cinnamon and nutmeg, and frozen apple chunks with 2 scoops of Formula 1 French Vanilla in a blender. Blend for about 30-45 seconds till its at the perfect consistency for you and drink! YUM!!!
