My Healthy Lifestyle

So lately i've been getting a TON of questions on how I lost all the baby weight, and how I've kept it off.. Well, here my friends I'm about to share with you my story on my weight loss and healthy living journey.  When I graduated  high school and moved out of my parents' home I gained weight, and a LOT of it. I then found something, or I should say something found me and changed my life forever.

And that is Herbalife.

I had no symptoms, no cravings, no fatigue or anything. Besides the growing belly and her constantly moving around, but other than that, you wouldn't have known I was pregnant! I had the energy to exercise till the night before I gave birth! Now who can say that..
