Recipe:Cheesecake Churro

Like cheesecake? Do you like churros as much as I do..? Do you HAVE TO get a churro
whenever you go to a theme park or state fair? Then you will love these.
I found these on lovely Pinterest. And I've been dying to make them. I pinned them
from The Recipe Critic, and followed her step by step directions. They aren't healthy at all,
so if you're looking for something "skinny", you're at the wrong  post for the moment.
These are just bomb dot com and now that it's getting cooler, the baking supplies
need to come out and play.

PREP TIME: 20 MINS     COOK TIME: 3O MINS    TOTAL TIME: 5O MINS
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8oz)packages of Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 cans of Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup of Sugar, divided
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp ground Cinnamon

Directions:
  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together Cream Cheese, Egg, Vanilla, and 1/2 cup of sugar till smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the Sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray (I used Pam). Sprinkle the bottom of the baking dish with half of the sugar/cinnamon mixture evenly OVER the cooking spray.
  4. Now the tricky part! On parchment paper roll out one of your crescent rolls into a big 9x13 inch square. (make it a little bigger than your baking dish because it will shrink when you lift it off the parchment paper.) Set the dough on top of the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
  5. Evenly spread your cheesecake on top of your dough and unroll your next crescent roll into another 9x13 inch square.
  6. Sprinkle the top with the rest of your cinnamon/sugar mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes or until its a golden brown color.
